Well the days of summer are coming to an end slowly. I love this time of year though, I love how the air smells and that you can start opening your house windows to air everything out. I especially love wearing jeans and boots! I just got Ashli a few pairs and I am so excited for her to wear them. My kids will have to get accustomed to the concept of shoes. They are constantly taking them off and it drives me crazy! They take after their aunt Jessica who would take them off outside in the dead of winter (remember that hike? We all had coats and gloves and then Jess had no shoes!).

I just love Halloween, I get excited to get dressed up! I got out the costume box and Jaden wanted to try on my cat woman costume! ha ha He said, can I be Cat woman? Um no, but you can be batman with dad- He agreed!
Here is sis with her ladybug costume on. Mindy and I finished it (I know it's early but a girl can be prepared!) It is so cute and her ladybug rainboots finish the look! The wings are way cute too, i added that fluffy maribou on the dots. I love it. I will take better pics in October.
One thing Cody and I have done forever that we love is go to the parade of homes. They are amazing and have so many good decorating ideas! This house is in Draper by the new temple and it is HUGE. This is only the right half! Cody checked and the door was open so we looked around the whole house. It even has a maids quarters and two indoor (in the wall) slides. One from the top floor to the main and the main to the basement! We slid down them and it was sooo fun. I will always remember this adventure!
